“Mollie was a huge help in coaching me through the ups and downs of being a CEO and founder, including resolving employee conflict issues, up-leveling executive communication, and creating talent systems that scaled. She always ensured we made good use of our time together and was able to quickly and clearly identify the unobvious, core issues underneath my chaotic day-to-day. She would offer insights from similar experiences and ask powerful questions which helped me uncover solutions that I felt were right for my business. Mollie never made decisions for me, but instead helped me develop skills to work through situations using my own knowledge and awareness. Working with Mollie, I felt next-level confidence in the toughest moments.” -Vittoria Lecomte, CEO and Founder of Sesh (successful acquisition by Caraway)

Speaking Testimonials:
We invited Mollie to be the keynote speaker for the executive leader track at our annual conference. Track attendees represented leaders from across the network, spanning different functional areas, organizational structures, and team sizes. Mollie’s keynote focused on emotions in the workplace and struck the right chord for our network leads. They felt seen in the research, data, and antidotes shared – making it one of the mostly highly rated sessions of the conference. The content was extremely actionable, and leaders walked away with tools to immediately implement within their teams and organizations. It helped the audience take a step back and understand how to prioritize wellbeing for themselves and their teams. I highly recommend Mollie! -Feeding America
